  Donald E. Latson

  CEO and President

  Donald E. Latson is the Chief Executive Officer of eMONEco, Incorporated and oversees all aspects of the Company's operations and enriches the Company with more than 30 years of experience in hardware and software development, product design, marketing, sales, business development, strategy, relationship management, and innovation. Latson leads the Company's efforts to establish itself as the premier player in the multi-channel banking, payments, commerce, and remittance sectors. Under Latson's leadership, the Company has completed developing its flagship product/service, "mobile monē," the industry's first single multi-channel banking, payments, commerce, and remittance platform.

  Before joining eMONEco, Latson founded JBD Consulting, LLC, while also serving as Vice President of Product Development at U.S. Central Federal Credit Corporate Union, a $50 Billion Financial Services company. Latson is a Milken Institute Global Conference recognized business leader and a Mastercard In Solidarity Product Advisory Council member. Additionally, Latson is a board member of "The Private Skool Village," a non-profit organization that assists young African Americans in entering Parochial Schools and achieving higher levels of education.

  A 1986 graduate of Valdosta State University, Latson achieved degrees in Marketing (BBA) and Management Information Systems (BBA). During his college years, Latson was Polemarch (President) of the Lambda Phi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, a four-year letterman, and a Captain of the Men's Basketball Team.

  Latson, a resident of Valrico, Florida, is married to his wife Tracey, a father of five (Darion, Brianna, Jade, Taylor, and Alex); and a proud grandfather of three (Ariah, Alayna, and Payton).

  Richard Knapp

  Chief Operating Officer
  Richard Knapp is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at eMONEco, Inc. In this role, Mr. Knapp provides oversight leadership in several key strategic areas including integrated product delivery, service quality, business insights and optimization and the achievement of the company’s operational effectiveness objectives. Mr. Knapp has over thirty years of sales, marketing, and management experience building several start-up and early-stage companies which provided high technology Solutions. He founded Parametric Integrated Circuits, a 3D modeling solution to enable engineering analysis of semiconductor devices. Ultimately the company was acquired by Ansoft Corporation, where Mr. Knapp assisted in taking the company public.  Also founded Avanton, Inc. a hardware-based information security solution for SMB based compliance solutions. Mr. Knapp earned a BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Purdue University and an MBA in International Marketing/Multinational Operations and Management Information Systems from West Coast University Los Angeles. An active member of his community Mr. Knapp is a resident of Palos Verdes Estates, California with his dog Maggie.

  Steve Hasser

  Sr. Vice President of Financial Institutions
  Steve Hasser is Senior Vice President of the Financial Institution Division at eMONEco, Inc. In this role, Mr. Hasser oversees all business development activities with banks and financial services companies. Mr. Hasser is a certified Financial Recovery^sm Counselor with over 30+ years’ financial industry experience and expertise in the areas of commercial and mortgage banking, and consumer financial empowerment and education. Prior to joining eMONEco, Hasser served as a Partner-Consultant with JBD Consulting, working exclusively with banks, credit unions and community organizations to provide financial capabilities and solutions to “underserved” families and businesses. A former commissioned member of the United States Air Force, Hasser holds a B.S. degree from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of North Dakota and, a Certified Credit Advisor (CreditCRM) with Certified Cash Manager (‘CCM’) credentials. A resident of St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Hasser is active in his community and is a husband (wife Doris) and proud father of three (Rachel, Noelle and John).

  William Eilers

  General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

  William Eilers, President of Eilers Law Group serves as General Counsel for eMONEco, Inc. In this role, Atty. Eilers is responsible for all the legal functions of the corporation, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial contracts, vendor negotiations, employment matters, intellectual property, litigation and compliance.

  Atty. Eilers has studied legal theory and international arbitration all over the world and has experience serving as In-house General Counsel and Transactional Attorney for Clean Power, Inc.

  A graduate of North Carolina State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts – History in 2003, and the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his JD in 2006, as a native of the mountains of West Virginia, Atty. Eilers understands the importance of small town values and being a good neighbor.

  Atty. Eilers is a resident of Miami, Florida and a husband (wide Claudia) and proud father (daughter Lily).

  Connie Carter

  Vice President of Business Development

  Mrs. Connie Carter, is Vice President of Business Development at eMONEco, Inc. In this role, Mrs. Carter oversees all businesses development and strategic alliance activities in special markets. As Vice President of Business Development, Mrs. Carter brings more than 20 years of diversified experience working with leading technology organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Mrs. Carter set the foundation of her career with an international software company, in technical sales support and quickly advanced into leadership assignments with emphasis on Enterprise Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Business Alliance Development. In these roles, Mrs. Carter established a proven track record for increasing sales revenues. Prior to joining eMONEco, Mrs. Carter served as a Partner-Consultant with JBD Consulting, working diligently to improve financial literacy and financial services access to unbanked and under-banked /underserved consumers and businesses. Mrs. Carter is a resident of Scottsdale, Arizona and holds a B.A. in education, from the University of Iowa.
